John has been a personal trainer for over 25 years. He uses his deep knowledge of multiple types of fitness methods to design fitness programs tailored to each individual’s specific goals. He keeps his clients motivated by varying exercise routines and utilizing unique training techniques. Throughout his career, John has trained hundreds of individuals with complex needs. He believes exercise should be fun and rewarding and that it is a key contributor to maintaining an overall healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Stephanie believes that with a positive attitude and a willingness to succeed anything is possible. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, improve their quality of life and stay fit and motivated. Her life was forever changed when she started working with a trainer many years ago and she wants to help others do the same. Fitness allows you to be fully immersed in the moment, to forget about everything else going on outside of the gym and to do something good for yourself. “Fitness is my way of seeing how far I can push myself mentally and physically” says Stephanie. She believes that constantly challenging yourself is the best way to fight aging, build confidence, stay humble, continue learning and to build character.

Stephanie has experience with many different forms of exercise and specializes in high intensity training, strength training and CrossFit.

Jenn has always led an active lifestyle through dance and gymnastics and found a passion for running after signing up for her first half-marathon in 2011. She is a firm believer in the mental and physical benefits of daily exercise but knows the struggles of finding time while balancing work and family (she has run many races with her daughter by her side or pushing her son in a jogging stroller.) Jenn believes that setting aside space in your day for regular physical activity is one of the key pieces to overall health and wellness. She is committed to helping members reach their fitness goals and providing an outlet for stress relief through hard work and persistence. Jenn’s upbeat personality and boundless energy in her morning group exercise classes help fuel our members to kick start their morning and set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

Tom is a certified personal trainer with a true passion for fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He fell into fitness when he lost 35 pounds while building a backyard patio and realized the transformative power of a physically active lifestyle. After completing the patio project, he decided to become a personal trainer to help others reclaim their lives by getting back into shape. Tom believes that living a healthy lifestyle isn’t easy but is built on a few simple principles: sleep right, eat right, and exercise. He strives to help others make small life changes that lead to big impacts. He specializes in body weight exercises and personalizes workouts to meet each individual’s goals and needs.

Gina has been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2011 and is currently working towards becoming a NASM Master Trainer. Gina received a bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science with a concentration in Fitness Management from the University of Delaware.

Gina believes exercise should be enjoyable and not viewed as an obligation. She has experience working with a variety of populations and has a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals in a safe, effective way. Gina has an intense passion for fitness that is exemplified in her training and her own active lifestyle. Whatever the goal, Gina tailors her training to each individual and challenges clients to seek fitness to not only improve physically, but also build confidence.

Payne first discovered his love of fitness while playing football, basketball and running track in high school. He has experience with most exercise styles but high-intensity work is his specialty. Payne believes that hard work produces the best results but having fun while working out is what will develop good habits and influence consistency. Fitness is not a job or obligation, it is a lifestyle and a fun, personal challenge that will help you EARN an even better version of yourself.
