Stephanie believes that with a positive attitude and a willingness to succeed anything is possible. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, improve their quality of life and stay fit and motivated. Her life was forever changed when she started working with a trainer many years ago and she wants to help others do the same. Fitness allows you to be fully immersed in the moment, to forget about everything else going on outside of the gym and to do something good for yourself. “Fitness is my way of seeing how far I can push myself mentally and physically” says Stephanie. She believes that constantly challenging yourself is the best way to fight aging, build confidence, stay humble, continue learning and to build character.

Stephanie has experience with many different forms of exercise and specializes in high intensity training, strength training and CrossFit.

James first found his passion for fitness as a high school athlete running track and playing rugby. He believes that physical fitness is a key component to a high quality of life. The bulk of James’ fitness experience lies in Crossfit where he has been involved since 2012 when he completed his first Crossfit workout and has been hooked ever since. James has also trained in power lifting, bodybuilding and distance running, even racing in several marathons. For James, fitness is a life long journey with different goals along the way.

My favorite part about working at CoreTen is:
Working with and getting to push Crossfit members to and beyond their limits.

Anything with heavy deadlifts!

Hobbies:
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Cars, Hiking and Mountain Biking.

Joe has been a certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer since 2014. Before graduating from Juniata College, he was able to work with the NCAA National Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year in 2015 for a 5 month period. Through this, Joe gained knowledge that can be applied to all age groups and fitness levels to improve performance and functionality.

Joe’s love of fitness and weight training stems from playing 16 years of competitive baseball in youth leagues, high school and college. “I am not the most talented athlete so I had to outwork everyone off of the field if I wanted a spot on the field. I became a gym rat and quickly fell in love with the sweat and soreness after a workout.” The passion Joe has for his own fitness has grown into a new passion, which is helping other people to achieve their fitness goals. He loves working with like-minded people who are not scared to give their full effort in the gym.

The motivating environment created by all of the members who work hard every day. It challenges me to be the best coach I can be to help improve their fitness and quality of life.

Hobbies:
I love to travel. Italy is my favorite place in the world but probably because that’s the only place outside of the U.S. I’ve been. I’m a washed up college baseball player but I still enjoy watching the Phillies if they’re winning or playing a softball game every once in a while.

Certifications:
CrossFit Level 1

Erin started CrossFit while deployed to Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa in Djibouti in 2013. She enjoyed the fitness modality of CrossFit so much that she became CrossFit Level 1 certified during that year-long deployment and since then, has coached CrossFit for over four years at two different affiliates. Erin has also become a command fitness leader for the US Navy reserves (collateral duty) and has done personal fitness and nutrition coaching in that capacity. She obtained her CrossFit Level 2 certification in 2018.

Helping clients master movements they were hesitant to even try.
