Stephanie believes that with a positive attitude and a willingness to succeed anything is possible. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, improve their quality of life and stay fit and motivated. Her life was forever changed when she started working with a trainer many years ago and she wants to help others do the same. Fitness allows you to be fully immersed in the moment, to forget about everything else going on outside of the gym and to do something good for yourself. “Fitness is my way of seeing how far I can push myself mentally and physically” says Stephanie. She believes that constantly challenging yourself is the best way to fight aging, build confidence, stay humble, continue learning and to build character.
Stephanie has experience with many different forms of exercise and specializes in high intensity training, strength training and CrossFit.
